Welcome to Relator Asia (the “Platform”), an online business directory by Nexthing Technologies (KT0516197-V) (Nexthing). This Terms of Use is a contract between the user of Relator Asia (You) and Nexthing and it governs your use of all Services of Relator Asia. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using this Platform or registering a Relator Asia account (“Account”) so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations. If you do not understand and/or agree to these Terms, you should stop browsing, accessing or obtaining any data in any form from the platform. Your continued use of the Service, this platform and/or your registration of an Account, shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such revisions. When you access and use the platform on behalf of another person, for example a company, you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms of Use on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms. Nexthing may change these terms at any time in the future without prior notice to you.

1. User Registration and User Account

To further access to any service provided by Nexthing and the platform, you may be required to register. You are required to provide a valid email address, password, website username, mobile phone number and your name in order to complete the registration. You are solely responsible for all actions performed in the Services with your credentials, including your username and password. Keeping your password safe is your sole responsibility.If you have any reason to suspect that your Account was compromised or that there was unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately notify us, and we may work together to fix the issue.

We only allow one Account for one person, and one person for one Account with an active Subscription. You cannot allow others to access your Account. If you are a company or corporation (or using the account on behalf of a corporation), then you can allow access to your corporate Account for one authorized employee on behalf of you.

You agree that we may for any reason, in our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability to you or any third party, immediately suspend or even terminate your Account, and remove or discard from the Platform and content associated with your Account. The reasons for such termanation may include, but are not limited to (a) unusual activity or behaviour of your account, for example spamming or hacking the website; (b)violation of the Terms of use; (c)Selling the data that obtained from our Platform for harmful and illegal use. (d)Selling or providing the data obtained from our Platform to third-party company; (d)Data scraping.

2. Accurancy of Information and Data

The information and data published on the Platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the information or data on the Platform are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the information and data at any time without notice. However, we do not makke any commitment to update the data. We are not responsible We will not be liable for any loss of you that incurred by using the data.

3. Limitation of Liablity and Disclaimer

Access and use the Platform at your own risk. We provide no warranty to your that Services generally available through the Platform will be uninterrupted or error free. Except where we are unable to exclude our liability by legislation, we, our officers, employees, agents and contractors will not be liable in any way to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however it arises out of or in connection with your access and use of the Platform.

We cannot and does not guarantee or warrant you that files in any format include but limited to JPG, PNG, PDF, JSON, XML, CSV available for downloading through the Platform or delivered via electronic mail through the Platform will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code that manifest contaiminating or destrcutive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and precautions before opening, accessing or installing the files on any of your devices.

4. Advertising

We may display ads by Google Adsense or any other advertisement publishers on the Platform. Nonetheless, We don not endorse or monitor any of these ads or their content, nor are we responsible for the foregoing.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and anyone on our behalf, including but not limited to, all of our owners, managers, officers, affiliates, employees, licensors and suppliers harmless against any losses, expenses, costs, claims, damages and fees arising from, incurred as a result of your use, misuse or manner related to PROHIBITED ACTIVITY and/or any breach of these terms made by you.

6. Prohibited Actiivity

1. Using any tool, machine, robot, software or script to systematically retrieve or extract the data from the Platfrom.
2. Use any information or data obtained from the Platform to harass, abuse, harm or spam a company or a person.
3. Use any information or data obtained from the Platform in any activity that violet any laws and regulations in any country and regions.
4. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Platform designed to prevent or restrict access to the website or any portion of that.
5. Attempt, in any manner to obtain the password, username, or other security information from any other user.
6. Selling the information and data obtained from the Platform to third-party for example, house agents, insurance agents, car dealers, marketing agency and etc.
7. Selling or providing the information and data obtained from the Platform to our competitors.
8. Share or sell your Account to third-parties.
9. Use any script, malicious code to attack or brute-force the website and the server.
10. You cannot create frames around our website pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of the Platform.

7. Changes to the Platform

We reserve the right at all times to alter the functionality and/or appearance of its products and Services available from Relator Asia without notice to you. We may change, suspend or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice to the extend allowed under the law.

8. Privacy Policy

Your credentials, Registration Data and any other information that you provide during the registration process or at any time you are are using the Platform, is subjected to our Privacy Policy.

9. Subscription

In order to ensure that you do not experience any interruption or loss of services, especially for paid Subscription user, automatic renewal option is set by default. Your Subscription will automatically renew upon the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period equal in time to the original Subscription period at the same price (subject to applicable Taxes changes and excluding any discount or other promotional offer provided at the first period). The Subscription will be downgraded to the Free Plan if attempt to charge the payment is unsuccessful. For Lifetime Subscription user, no automatic renewal is carried out.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may terminate these Terms and/or suspend your right to access or use any portion or all of the Services immediatelyat our sole discretion without notice.Upon termination, you shall immediately cease using the Services.No refund will be made and we shall not be liable for any damage if the termination is due to any violation of the Terms of Use of you.
