1. About our Services

Nexthing and the Platform offers various services and tools designed specifically for entrepreneurs, marketers and sales executives who are seeking to establish the connection with a business or a business founder or managing team for business development or marketing purposes, or to obtain industry, market or competitor analysis. We aim to provide accurate contact information where Users can contact the decision makers of the company in the shortest time.

Our Business Database and Business People Profile contain information about the company including the legal name and its official registration number, email, phone number, fax and social media links. The review of the company is directly obtained from Google My Business Review.

Our Prospects Database contains information related to the top and second-level of management teams in the company (Directors, C-suite, Managers, and Sales Executives) that has been curated and indexed from publicly available sources across the internet.

2. Information we collect

When you are using our website, we track your usage which includes statistics such as the pages you visit and the duration you stay on the page. This information may include but is not limited to IP address, geolocation information, browser type, device type, operating system and information about the use of our website. If you create an account on the Sign Up page, we ask for information including but not limited to your email, name, mobile phone numbers, company you work for and your position.

All this information is used to personalize your experience or send you onboarding emails and invoices. If you become a paying customer, we will collect your payment card information, however, we do not store it on our server or database. All the payment information is processed and stored by third-party payment processors.

For Business People Profile the name, company, position, gender, locations(residing country and city), work email, and work phone numbers of the business personnel that are publicly available on the Internet for example, social media platforms, online directories, portal of the chamber of commerce, exhibitions, advertisement and etc, were collected and stored in our databases to allow other users to contact the person for marketing or business development purposes only.

3. How we use information

Providing and Improving the Services. We use the information we collect from you to provide and maintain our Platform and Services and to fulfill your requests for our products and services. We also use your information to develop new features, programs, products or services and to offer these to you from us, our affiliates and selected third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. Your information will also be used to perform technical operations, such as identifying the unusual activity of your account, and other technical issues that occurred. We only use this information to validate data we already have or that is being supplied by a user, not to enrich our databases.

Customer service and support. We use the information you have provided to send you notifications about updates of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, products and services changes, pricing changes, user account activity and etc. We also use the information to provide customer support via email or chat (Mobile phone or WhatsApp), to help you take full advantage of our service or fix any problem you encounter.

4. How long do we keep your information

As long as you are a registered user of our Platform, your registration data dan personal data will be stored in our system and database to ensure that the Services we provided to you are complete and error-free. All your personal and registration data will completely be removed or deleted within 7 working days when you choose to close your account.

For data related to Business People Profile, the information will be kept and stored in our databases until the personnel is no longer working in the company or organization. The data for a person in Business People Profile will also be removed/deleted within 7 working days upon request received from the company management or the person himself.

5. Location of Data Processing

All personal information, Business Data and Business People Profile Data that we collect is stored, processed and hosted on servers located in Singapore.

6. Data Security and Data Protection

We take technical and organizational measures to ensure the information is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of information, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. For example, we use SSL certificate, Cloudflare and Application Firewall to secure the connection to our website and server, and protect the website and server from various types of cyber attacks. We also ensure that our contractors and employees follow the SOP while handling the data.

7. Your data subject’s rights

Being a data subject, you have the following rights:

The right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. Email us at [email protected] and provide your name, email address, and any relevant information to help us locate your information for example the URL of People Profile if applicable.

The right to request us to access to your data: you can ask us what personal information of yours is being processed as well as for the clarifications on the information described above, for example, the purpose of collecting and processing, period of processing, third parties that have access to information.

The right to request us to rectify/amend/correct the data we hold about you by providing your name, email address, and any relevant information along with a supplementary statement.

The right to request us to erase personal information: you can request us to erase/delete such data if its processing is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected as well as if there are no legal grounds for the processing. In most cases we will erase it unless otherwise will be required by legislation.

The right to request us to restrict the processing of your data under certain circumstances or conditions. When data processing is restricted, we can still store your personal data, but may not use it further.

The right to withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your data by us at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We do not collect any Personal Data or identifiable information from children or even teenagers under the age of 16. Also, we do not allow any user under the age of 16 to register or use our Services.
